MEET YOUR SHERIFF

In 2017, Dennis Lemma was elected Seminole County’s 10th Sheriff and was re-elected for his second term in 2020. As the County’s chief law enforcement officer, Sheriff Lemma leads a work force of more than 1,400 employees and manages a $180 million dollar budget. Sheriff Lemma has served at the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office since 1992 and is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
